Dermal and
Soft Tissue Fillers
Combining the advantages of rhCollagen and Hyaluronic Acid for skin regeneration
We are developing a regenerative photocurable dermal soft tissue filler composed of rhCollagen and HA. Beyond lifting of the skin, the filler also enables tissue regeneration and improved contouring.
Skin rejuvenation procedures are increasing in popularity, especially nonsurgical treatments such as dermal filler injections.
The photocurable regenerative dermal filler is injected in gel form. Following light illumination through the skin the gel solidifies in situ. Utilization of photocuring technology is particularly beneficial in subcutaneous and supraperiosteal applications. As the product degrades, a newly formed tissue is expected to regenerate.
The photocurable dermal and soft tissue filler is under development and is not commercially available in EU or US.

Introducing CollPlant State-of-the-Art
Regenerative Dermal and Soft Tissue Filler
This is the first injectable photocurable regenerative soft tissue filler in the aesthetic medicine arena. It is a holistic platform technology which combines the regenerative properties of rhCollagen, the lifting effect of crosslinked hyaluronic acid and the contouring effect of the photocuring technology.
Following injection, the physician molds the injected material to accurately achieve the desired shape and fixate the new contour by illuminating the skin with a dedicated, exclusively developed illuminator. Following illumination, the gel turns from an injectable, relatively soft and malleable material to a semi-solid, firm and cohesive gel, maintaining its cured shape.
The unique properties of rhCollagen initiate a regeneration process within the injected material, promoting the physiological system to restore its native tissue, thus contributing to a natural long lasting rejuvenation effect. The photocuring technology provides an innovative tool for physicians, enabling them to implement shaping and sculpting capabilities.
